Home Office Tour

No trip to Utah is complete without a tour of USANA’s Home Office. Grab your team and see how our top-of-the-line products are manufactured, visit the USANA Foundation, and experience the science firsthand. 

This one-hour walkthrough showcases the main building and our new manufacturing facility. Tours will only take place Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023. Buses leave the Salt Palace every 15 minutes and are first-come first-served basis (VIP/Elite Line available); the last bus leaves the south parking lot at the Salt Palace at 3:00 p.m. Plan for at least three to four hours for travel time and the tour. The Café at the Home Office will have snacks, water, and Rev 3 available for purchase. Guided tours are available in English, Mandarin, French, and Spanish.

Kids Eat Food Pack / USANA North Tour

Discover the incredible impact of the USANA Foundation by seeing our employee Garden Towers and visiting our state-of-the-art packing facility. By joining forces with USANA’s local Kids Eat program, your team will actively contribute to packing weekend meal bags, providing meals for at-risk youth in 84+ schools and organizations across Utah. No sign-up is required. Fill a bag for Kids Eat and follow a short, self-guided tour through the USANA North manufacturing area.

When the USANA Store opens its doors Thursday afternoon (August 10), you’ll find yourself in a treasure trove of your favorite USANA products. Learn more about the products to make sure you get everything you need before purchasing. With stylish swag and exclusive USANA gear—available only at Convention—it’s the ultimate shopping experience. 

Just make sure you have your ID badge with you. Guests, and those without an ID number, are not allowed to purchase store products. Anyone entering the store without a badge will be asked to go to Special Circumstances to obtain one.

• Associates must have a Convention name badge to enter the store area and to purchase products, logo gear, or books. You will receive your Convention name badge when you register on-site. 
• Registered guests are not allowed to purchase store products, logo gear, or books because they do not have a customer ID number.
• Associates can purchase products, not including logo gear or books, for personal use only.
• There are no SVP limits. Purchases over 5,000 SVP will be reviewed at checkout.
• All Associates can purchase an unlimited number of products, logo gear, or books.
• All Associates are responsible for any shipping and customs charges if they ship their products home.

Located on the 1^st floor main hallway, this info booth is your go-to for any questions, lost and found items, extra batteries for translation devices, or needs that arise while you’re attending Convention.

Food carts will be available for lunch and early dinner hours only. A variety of food and dietary options will be available.

These meetings are designed to bring markets together and provide market-specific updates for the year, including essential Convention activities and experiences.

A professional photographer will be on hand, so please don’t bring personal cameras. Photos will be taken on the second floor by the east entrance and all pictures will be uploaded on SmugMug within 24 hours of the event.
