Is the 2023 event In-Person or Virtual?

Both! USANA Live 2023 Asia Pacific Convention (APC) is coming to Seoul, South Korea 4–6 May 2023. There will be networking, exclusive recognition, shopping, and more. Plus, we’re offering a Virtual Convention experience for anyone who can’t travel. All those who purchase an In-Person ticket will also receive Virtual live stream access for free. A Virtual only ticket is also available for purchase.

How do I register for the USANA Live 2023 APC?*

To register, visit the Event Registration page on The Hub. Select Contests & Events > Event Registration > USANA Live 2023 Asia Pacific Convention.

When is the 2023 APC registration deadline?

In-Person: 31 March 2023, if tickets are still available 

Virtual: You have until the end of the last general session on 6 May to register.

Do I get a refund if I purchased an In-Person Saver single ticket?

Yes. We will automatically refund all Saver ticket purchasers the US $90 difference between the Saver and Early Bird ticket prices. Please allow 10 business days for this to show in your account. 

How will 2023 APC In-Person attendance proceed during the COVID-19 pandemic?

The health and safety of all attendees and staff are our top priority. The hybrid nature of this event should accommodate various needs. We acknowledge the COVID-19 landscape continues to change rapidly, and USANA is committed to follow all government mandates and guidelines to provide the safest experience possible. Please check back for updates to know what to expect when you arrive in Seoul, South Korea for the event.

Can I cancel my 2023 APC registration?

A US $50 cancellation fee will be applied for all In-Person ticket refund requests made before the 31 March deadline. Due to fluctuating currency rates, the purchaser/cardholder will be refunded in their local currency and exchange rate.

All Virtual registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to watch, your registration can be transferred to another individual until 2 May 2023.*

Am I able to transfer my Virtual all-access ticket to 2023 APC?

To ensure an incredible experience for all Convention attendees, Virtual all-access tickets are non-refundable—but they may be transferred to another individual until 2 May 2023.

Can my 2023 APC Virtual ticket be transferred to an In-Person ticket at the event?

No. On-site ticket transfers will not be offered during Convention. If you wish to attend in person after purchasing a Virtual ticket, you will need to register online before 31 March 2023, or purchase an In-Person ticket at the event 4–6 May 2023.*

Child Attendance Policy

The USANA Live 2023 Asia Pacific Convention is a business meeting, with a focus on networking, training and motivation. For the benefits of all attendees, the following policies are put into place to reduce distractions and disturbances. 

  • Children 16 and over are required to purchase a ticket, obtain an ID badge, and will be allowed into all areas of Convention
  • Children under the age of 16 will not be issued an ID badge, but are allowed in the general sessions, USANA Talks, all common areas, and most activities
  • Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed admittance into the Executive Lounge. 
  • Should the child become disruptive or distracting in any way to the session/USANA Talks/activity, the parent/guardian and child will be asked to leave the area immediately.
  • We do not solicit personal information from or market to persons under the age of 18.

Event Details

Where can I find my accommodations near KINTEX?

The event will be held at Goyang City in Gyeong Gyi area, so we recommend to use facilities in GyeongGi area to enjoy USANA Convention.

Who are the keynote speakers for 2023 APC?

Our keynote speakers are phenomenal and will be announced soon, so check back frequently.

What time zone are 2023 APC In-Person sessions held?

All In-Person sessions are in Seoul, South Korea in the KST time zone (UTC +9).

What languages are available for 2023 APC?

English, Korean, Mandarin, Thai, and Indonesian translations will be provided for In-Person general sessions and USANA Talks. English, Korean, Mandarin, Thai, and Indonesian, along with English subtitles will be supported for Virtual events.

Who will be recognised on stage?

New Silver Directors will be honoured on stage in front of thousands of Distributors, along with new Gold Directors and above. We believe in you, so the rank advancement deadline has been extended to 31 March 2023!

I’m traveling from markets outside of Korea, Indonesia, or the Philippines. What is K-ETA entry? And do I need it to travel to South Korea?

K-ETA is an electronic travel authorisation that visa-free foreign visitors need before entering the Republic of Korea. As you submit relevant information online regarding your travels into the country, list your purpose of travel as tourism, visiting a family member, participating in events or meetings, or commercial business (excluding the pursuit of profit). 

You must have K-ETA approval before boarding any flight or ship to Korea. 

The fee is 10,000 KRW, and it’s valid for two years. Sign up at http://www.k-eta.go.kr/

When is the K-ETA application deadline?  

You must apply for K-ETA at least 72 hours before boarding your flight or ship going to the Republic of Korea. Due to the increased number of K-ETA applicants, the process is currently taking more than 72 hours, so it’s best to apply as early as possible.

What do I need to apply for K-ETA entry?

  1. Valid Passport
  2. Valid email address
  3. Face photo
  4. Credit or debit card to pay the fee

How long is the K-ETA entry valid?

It is valid two years from the date of authorisation.

How much is the K-ETA entry fee?

Your fee should never exceed 10,000 KRW (approximately $9-$10 USD, additional fee excluded). To avoid scammers or third-party websites, sign up at http://www.k-eta.go.kr/

Can I park near the convention centre, and what is the cost? 

Yes. There are several parking lots near KINTEX and Daehwa Station, and parking fees vary by each lot. For your convenience, we recommend using the parking lot in KINTEX or using public transportation.

Is Wi-Fi available at the convention centre?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is provided for all USANA guests. Please connect to the Kintex Public Wifi once onsite. 

Where can I get food at KINTEX 1 and 2? 

Food trucks will be available outside throughout the event with a variety of cuisines. Please check the floor plans section of the app and follow the signage onsite to find the food truck areas. 

There are various cafes and restaurants inside the venue as well as many other places to eat near the train station. 

Is there a USANA hotel block?

No, a USANA hotel block is not available this year.

Is there luggage storage at KINTEX? 

No. Luggage isn’t allowed in the convention centre, so please make other arrangements with your hotel. 

Where is the lost and found?

The lost and found is located at the information booth inside the USANA Live Expo Hall 2–3.

Where is the first aid station?

When will more event information be available?

We update our website frequently, so check back often.

Will there be simultaneous translation services available?

Yes. Simultaneous translation is available in Mandarin, Korean, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, and English. Pick up your radio headset at registration in Hall 2–3. 

Translation radios are included in the backpack you receive at registration. First, install the battery that comes with the radio. Then, dial in your desired language frequency detailed on the accompanying card. Remember to turn your radio off at the end of the day so you’re ready to go for the next session! If you have any questions, please go to the Information Booth in Hall 2–3 for help.

What should I do if my translation headset doesn’t work?

If you experience difficulties with your headset, please visit the Information Booth located in Hall 2–3. Additional batteries can be found at the Information Booth, Hall 2–3, during general sessions at no additional charge.

Shopping 

What payment options are accepted in the store? 

Only Visa and Mastercard credit card payments are accepted. Digital, cash, or debit card payments are not allowed. 

Can I store my purchase somewhere during the event? 

No. Product storage is not available for orders once they’ve been picked up. 

Will there be any discounts on products for virtual attendees? 

Market-specific promotions are available on www.USANA.com during the week of the Convention. 

How is SVP applied for virtual attendees? 

Virtual payments and SVP will flow as normal for market-specific promotions during the week of Convention. 

When and where can I pick up my purchases? 

Product and logo gear can be picked up in Hall 2–3 on: 

  • Thursday, 4 May, Noon–10:30 p.m. 
  • Friday, 5 May, 9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. 
  • Saturday, 6 May, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. 

Your order must be picked up within 24 hours of confirmation Thursday–Friday and by 2:00 p.m. Saturday.

When is the last time I can order the products or logo gear onsite?

Saturday, 6 May by 2:00 p.m. KST

Other Purchasing Information:

  • To add items to an existing order, please place a second order. 
  • To remove products from your order and receive a refund, go to the Special Circumstances booth in Hall 2–3. 
  • Onsite orders not picked up by the allotted time will be refunded.  
  • USANA’s Korea office will not be open for product orders or will-call pickup during Convention (4–6 May).

Can I register for the event onsite?

Can I register for future events at APC?

No. Future event registration is not available.
