FAQ'sHow long do I have to cancel my ticket?June 28, 2019 was the last day to cancel your single ticket. Five-pack tickets are not eligible for cancelation.
When is the recognition cut-off date?June 28, 2019 is the last day to rank advance to be recognized at the event.
When is the last day to purchase a ticket?July 26, 2019 is the last day for pre-ticket sales. If space permits, tickets may also be available on site for US $499.
When is the last day I can reassign my ticket?July 26, 2019 is the last day to make any ticket edits, including transfers. Make sure your ticket has a current email address. We will email you critical information for your check in process.
How do I assign my ticket?Assigning tickets is easy. Log into The Hub, hover over Contest & Events, select Event Registration. Under Your Tickets, select the drop-down arrow, then select Actions. Under Assign Ticket, enter the ID of the Associate you are transferring the ticket to. Click the arrow to submit (hitting enter will not process the transfer). Tickets assigned through customer service will have a US $25 fee per ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket on-site?All name assignments must be completed by July 27, 2019. No further name assignments will be allowed after July 27. There will not be any name assignments or re-assigning of names on-site during the Convention.
Can I bring my children to Global Convention?USANA’s Global Convention is a business meeting, with a focus on networking, training, and motivation. We want to minimize distractions and disturbances for all attendees. To do so, children under the age of 16 will not be issued an ID badge, but are allowed in the general sessions, workshops, all common areas, and most activities. Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed admittance into the Executive Lounge.Should a child become disruptive or distracting in any way to the session/workshop/activity, the parent/guardian and child will be asked to leave the area immediately.Children 16 and over are required to purchase a ticket, obtain an ID badge, and will be allowed into all areas of Convention.

What are the new products?Attend 2019 USANA Live Global Convention to find out! Is there free Wi-Fi at the Salt Palace? Yes. USANA provides free Wi-Fi to all visitors at the Salt Palace Convention Center. To connect to the free Wi-Fi, choose the USANA2019 network and enter the password “USANA2019” to gain access. Where do I get my translation headset? Translation headsets can be picked up on Wednesday morning (9:00 a.m.–noon) on the north side of the Grand Ballroom.
